SMS Notification Consent Policy

This policy describes the SMS notification program operated by Ignite Sales Group for internal business recipients, and documents our consent and message-handling practices.

Program Overview

Ignite Sales Group operates an internal lead-alert SMS notification system. When a prospective customer submits a contact form on a marketing landing page operated by Ignite Sales Group, an automated SMS is sent to a small, fixed list of authorized internal recipients — specifically, the principal of the partner law firm and the assigned sales representative — so the recipient can follow up with the prospect in a timely manner.

These messages are operational notifications, not marketing communications. No consumer, lead, or member of the general public ever receives an SMS through this program.

Who Receives These Messages

  • Principals or owners of the partner business (the law firm receiving the leads).
  • The sales representative assigned to follow up on captured leads.

Recipients are limited to authorized employees, contractors, or principals of the businesses involved. Each recipient has provided documented prior consent to receive these notifications, and consent records are retained by Ignite Sales Group.

Message Content and Frequency

Each SMS contains the prospect's name, phone number, and a brief instruction to check email for full details. A typical message reads:

Ignite: New lead in spreadsheet. [Prospect Name] — [Phone Number]. Check email for full details.

Message frequency is variable and is driven by lead volume on the partner's marketing campaigns. Estimated volume is approximately 100 messages per month across all recipients combined.

How Consent Is Obtained

Before any phone number is added to the recipient list, the prospective recipient provides written consent to Ignite Sales Group authorizing the receipt of operational lead-alert SMS notifications at a specified phone number. Consent is collected via direct written communication (email, signed agreement, or business messaging platform with retained records) between Ignite Sales Group and the recipient.

No phone number is added to this program without affirmative, documented consent. Lists are never purchased, rented, or shared.

Opt-Out

Any recipient may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received from this program. Upon receipt of a STOP request, the recipient's number will be removed from the list and no further messages will be sent to that number. Recipients may also request opt-out by contacting Ignite Sales Group directly.

Replying HELP will return contact information and a brief description of the program.

Carrier Charges

Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient's mobile carrier and plan. Ignite Sales Group is not responsible for charges incurred by recipients from their mobile carrier.

Privacy

Phone numbers and consent records are stored securely and are used only for the purpose of operating this notification program. Recipient phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. SMS delivery is handled by Twilio Inc., a licensed communications platform provider.
