Ignite Sales Group (“Ignite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a marketing company that connects immigration law firms with consumers who request information. This TCPA & SMS Consent Policy explains how we obtain, document, and honor consent to contact individuals by telephone and text message under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and related state and federal rules.
3) How We Obtain Consent
- Web forms where users submit a phone number and affirm consent via checkboxes with clear disclosures.
- Interactive voice response (IVR) flows that provide an audible consent disclosure and capture verbal agreement.
- SMS keyword opt-ins (e.g., texting a keyword after seeing our disclosure).
We retain timestamped records (form submission metadata, IP address, disclosure text version, and any IVR consents) to evidence consent.

5) SMS/MMS Program Terms
- Program description: Service and marketing updates connecting consumers with immigration law firms.
- Opt-in: Web form checkbox plus submission, or keyword text after a disclosure.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. We will confirm your opt-out and cease messaging to that number.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies by user engagement (typically 0–8 messages/month).
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: U.S. residents 18+ only.
6) Revoking Consent & Do-Not-Call
- To stop text messages, reply with an opt-out keyword listed above.
- To stop calls, ask the caller to place you on our do-not-call list. We honor DNC requests and maintain an internal DNC list.

7) Call Recording Disclosure
For quality and compliance, calls may be recorded and/or monitored. Where required by law (including two-party consent jurisdictions), a recording disclosure will be provided at the start of the call. Continuing with the call after the disclosure constitutes consent to recording.
8) Information We Share with Participating Providers
When you request to be connected, we may share your submitted information (such as name, contact details, zip code, case type, and relevant answers) with one or more participating immigration law firms or trusted partners solely to fulfill your request. Each provider is responsible for its own TCPA compliance after receiving your information.
9) Record-Keeping
- Form page and disclosure language in effect at opt-in (versioned).
- User inputs (phone number, timestamp) and IP/device data where applicable.
- Server logs and/or screenshots of the form version used.
- IVR recordings or transcripts of consent where applicable.
10) Third-Party Partners & Short Links
We may use reputable vendors for messaging, call routing, and link tracking. Such vendors process data under our instructions and in line with this policy and our Privacy Policy.
11) State-Specific Notices
If you are a California resident, please review our Privacy Policy for CCPA/CPRA disclosures. We honor applicable state telemarketing requirements (e.g., quiet hours and registrations).
